- 購(gòu)置設(shè)備的客戶(hù)在保修期內(nèi)（不含人為損壞和易損件）自接到報(bào)修電話(huà)起：小問(wèn)題2小時(shí)內(nèi)告知客戶(hù)解決辦法，如客戶(hù)確實(shí)無(wú)法排除故障，則我公司維修人員200公里內(nèi)24小時(shí)趕至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，200公里外48小時(shí)（不含路途時(shí)間）趕至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)－直至問(wèn)題解決。
